A request for a very large shabby distressed bookcase.
Natural Elmwood is a strong trend returning after many years.
The outside is rough natural Elmwood accented with a distressed white wash inside. This was made in 2 pieces for delivery.

Desk Dimensions Know-How
Chinese Desks are usually taller than the normal 30". The old chairs are also taller.
Knee height under the desk should be at least 24.5 from the floor. S0 a chair seat height is 17.5"
Room for your knees: The area from your seat height to the bottom of the desk should be about 7"
Seat height for quality chairs are 19". Therefore the bottom of your desk would be 26"
When a chair is made shorter - it's to save money - or to accommodate the drawer depth.
