WARNING: Beware of sofas with too high a back. Measure your elevator opening first, it might not fit! Keep the back lower (30 - 33") and add larger throw pillows to create the height and support your neck.
I love to get inspired and pull together a look.It allows my brain to explore and fly in new
ways and directions. Each time I discover another way of seeing things, and get
enthused outside my comfort zone. I may be inspired to invent an entire room, a
small vignette, or just a single piece. Intense pops of colors and texture playing
against natural woods are my trademark. The essential key to making a look work, often times, is by adding a
touch of something that feels well traveled. I love a room that has been pulled
together over time, with the addition of beautiful artwork and the right mood lighting. Curl
up and feel comfortable, you are home.

China Cabinet or Bookcase
Here's another way to look and use an old antique. Find a base at the factory that's hand painted or plain. Add the shelves on top. Paint to match and you have something very different!
A tiny HK flat solution
An interesting clip about a tiny 300 sq ft flat in HK and it's design solutions.
Please have an understanding of what will fit your elevators, hallways and rooms.
Elevator doorways are smaller than the inside. Items have to be tilted to enter. Make sure there is enough room for the tilt. Is there enough room in front of the lift - going in and going out? Check the measurement between the arm rails on the lift.
For an item going down a hallway and making a turn into a room. No large furniture should be turned. It should be able to move down the hallway and then sideways into the room needed. Measure from your baseboards - not your walls.
Going into a room - is there a wall directly in front of the door? Will the item make the turn once in the room?
Ceiling height - are there bulk heads in your ceilings. Will the item fit your ceiling height? Will it fit your elevator ceiling height? Because of this many items have to be broken down to 2-3 pieces and stacked. This increases the cost of a piece - more wood and more labor.
Wall space - have you left enough room between several pieces of furniture along the same wall? Have a grace of 3-4 inches at least between two pieces. Then if you've made a mistake there is room to breath.
All sales are final - we do not give refunds for items that don't fit. Please check all worksheets before ordering and be an educated consumer.
